Slowly, methodically, and in perfect control the moon entered Capricorn yesterday. With measured steps, she approaches a conjunction with Saturn today.
The stone temple of Capricorn casts an air of awe and silence, reverence for tradition and history. You can almost hear the old hymns still echoing in the stone walls.
The moon grows inward, carefully surveying her inner landscape for a vision there. What structures need building to hold the world in place? Then the pen, then the plan.
Steady and sure, plan in hand, the moon gets to work. She knows what needs to be done and she has the discipline and perseverance to do it.
But if you're silent, you can hear the sweet low hum of her, catch a trace smile - as Teddy Roosevelt said, "Far and away, the best prize life can offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing."
